The premiere of Moms’ Night Out was a dream come true for me. The percentage of movies that get made is small, AND I loved how it turned out, AND we had a premiere, AND that premiere at the legendary Chinese Theater in Hollywood. I was too caught up in the night to grab a selfie with all the stars… my one regret. But it was better to be in the moment than in a camera, I guess. Here are some of the memories I did record of an amazing night…

I went to Asbury with you; I believe we were both in the Guardian class. My husband told me yesterday morning that you had written a movie, and it was opening that day in theaters. Last night, we took the family to go see “Moms’ Night Out”. Job well done!
I wanted to share with you my perspective from a local theater. When we walked in, the place was packed. Throughout the movie, the crowd didn’t just laugh, but they cackled. As we were leaving I overheard a couple saying to other movie goers, “We were just looking for a movie that got out about the same time our kids’ movie was over, so we chose this one. It was hilarious. We need to come back with our kids.”
Congratulations!!!

Hi Tara! Thank you so much for seeing the movie and for sharing this story. It’s very encouraging. There is so much suspense over opening weekend — it is wonderful to hear the personal stories of people who went. 🙂

Beautiful pics! Thanks for sharing. I can’t wait to see it! In a weird twist, some friends of mine and I were on a Moms Night Out last week and saw Sean Astin. Now, we have to see it.
